PERSONALITY: Takaya himself is very charismatic and has a way with words. He is easily able to control Jin and Chidori this way as they follow him blindly without question. This especially applies to Jin, whom he seems to have greater control over. He puts total faith in everything he does and always believes that he is right, regardless of what other more realistic opinions others will have. He will often make rash decisions since he lives in the moment, but will normally back down from them if Jin is there to talk him through it. It seems that the only person who is ever able to persuade Takaya into changing his mind is Jin.
BACKGROUND: Taken off the streets at a young age, Takaya was forced to be part of the Kirijou groups experimentation's on children to see if it was possible for someone who had no persona to be given one. Those children were then forced to explore Tartarus. Though the experiment was a success, it did not come without it's drawbacks. Since these persona's were unnaturally obtained, they often try to kill their users and as such, Takaya needs to take suppressants to control his persona and is destined to live a shorter life than most normal people.
After 6 months, the experiment was canceled. Only three children were left remaining: Takaya, Jin, and Chidori. Takaya fled with both Chidori and Jin, hiding in the shadows as their hate for the Kirijou group grew. The three of them, with Takaya as their self appointed leader, eventually formed the Revenge Request website. This website was set up for people who were willing to pay them money to assassinate people and do other such illegal activities. They would work undercover of the Dark Hour and kill while their victims were helpless to do anything.
